Firmino B. Aasoyir was appointed to the Board on February 26, 2024, to represent the Upper West Chapter of the Association of Rural Banks. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Certificate, Diploma, and Higher National Diploma in Public Administration, as well as a Qualifying Certificate of Law and BL Certificates from the Ghana School of Law.

He is a Lawyer by profession and has held various public and private sector positions. He is married with four (4) children.
