Ernest Amartey-Vondee - Member

Ernest Amartey-Vondee was appointed a director in August 21, 2024 as the representative of the Greater Accra Chapter of the Association of Rural Banks. He holds a Master of Science Degree in Actuarial Science, a Bachelor of Science Degree in Computer Science and Statistics, GCE Advance Level Certificate.

He is a Fellow at the Actuarial Society of Ghana, an Affiliate member (Retired) of the Institute & Faculty of Actuaries (UK) and a Chartered Statistician & Fellow (Retired) of the Royal Statistics.

Mr. Amartey Vondee is a lecturer at the Department of Statistics & Actuarial Science at the University of Ghana, Legon. He has previously held the Director of Regulations/ Director of Planning, Research, Monitoring and Evaluation at the National pensions Regulatory Authority, Chief Executive Officer of Ghana Healthcare Company, General Manager at CDH Insurance Company, Deputy General Manager at Metropolitan Insurance Company, Head of Students Loan Department at SSNIT, Head of Research and Actuarial Manager at SSNIT and a Research Officer at State Insurance Company of Ghana (SIC). He is married with three (3) children.
